Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed without notice and all balances forfeited.
When registering at 1eecom, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information current. 1eecom is not responsible for communication failures arising from outdated or incorrect contact details.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1eecom login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 1eecom recommends enabling two-factor authentication to provide an additional layer of account security. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 1eecom support immediately via live chat or email at support@1eecom.ws. We will suspend the account pending investigation upon receipt of a credible security concern report.
You may close your 1eecom account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled and any withdrawable balance can be requested for withdrawal. Accounts subject to active bonus rollover may have their bonus balance forfeited upon voluntary closure before rollover completion.
All bets placed at 1eecom are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over these general rules.
A bet is not confirmed until you have received a bet confirmation notification from 1eecom. Bets placed on markets that have been suspended at the time of placement are void regardless of the selected outcome. 1eecom reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
The minimum stake per bet at 1eecom is Rs 200. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, competition, market type, and event. The applicable maximum limit for any specific market is displayed on the bet slip. 1eecom may reduce maximum bet limits for specific members based on betting patterns without notice.
1eecom settles bets based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition. In cases where an official result is subject to protest, appeal, or investigation, 1eecom may delay settlement until the matter is resolved. For cricket, the official result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is used for settlement purposes.
Winnings are credited to your 1eecom account balance within minutes of settlement. If an error is discovered in the settlement of a bet, 1eecom reserves the right to correct that error within 7 days of the original settlement, including reclaiming any overpayment.
A bet at 1eecom may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or not completed within a defined period; the market was opened or odds were set due to an obvious error; the event result was not available within the required timeframe; or the relevant governing body has not issued an official result. Voided bets have their stake returned to the member's account in full.
All financial transactions at 1eecom are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Processing times and minimum amounts are as follows:

1eecom may require identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or amounts exceeding defined thresholds. Required documents may include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
1eecom's anti-money laundering policy requires that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. Requests to withdraw to a different payment method than was used for deposit require additional verification and may take additional processing time.
1eecom offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to both these general Terms and the specific terms published on the Promotions page for each individual offer.
The welcome bonus at 1eecom is available to new members only on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited automatically and is subject to a 5x rollover requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. The welcome bonus expires 30 days from the date of activation if the rollover has not been completed.
The 1eecom Online Casino and Poker room are governed by these general Terms plus the product-specific rules displayed within each game or tournament. All casino games at 1eecom use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited for fairness. Game results are generated randomly and cannot be influenced or predicted.

Where a disconnection occurs during a casino session, the outcome of any game round already in progress will be determined by the game system and credited to your account upon reconnection.
The 1eecom Poker room is a player-versus-player environment. Rake is charged at a published rate displayed within the poker lobby. Players are prohibited from colluding with other players, using poker tracking software not expressly approved by 1eecom, or engaging in any form of chip dumping or deliberate poor play designed to transfer chips between accounts.
Tournament buy-ins are non-refundable once a tournament has commenced, except in the event of a platform technical failure causing the tournament to be cancelled before completion, in which case all buy-ins are returned in full.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1eecom is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
